Yes. We have permission from Wells Fargo Bank for wedding guests to park in their nearby lot. Parking lot greeters will provide direction.
In the Wells Fargo parking lot next door to the east. We have permission for you to park there. Ignore the “no parking signs. “
It’s a themed wedding and we’d love to have you join in the fun! The wedding colors of cobalt blue, purple, and teal are derived from the “Deep Ocean” theme. We’d love it you incorporated our wedding colors into your outfit!
Areté is on the outskirts of downtown Kirkland. Located on the north side of 85th St. between the Shell gas station on 4th Ave. and Wells Fargo Bank on 5th Ave., Areté is composed of five apartment buildings linked by above-ground walkways. Directly to the south of Areté is new construction and the QFC store, while across the street to the Southwest is Peter Kirk Park. The sidewalk in front of the Areté courtyard is marked with a large painted brown semi-circle (9” wide with black interior fill) across 15 yards of pavement.

After entering Building One, push elevator button 3R. Exit the elevator on the opposite side from that which you entered. Turn right upon exiting and walk to the first doorway and turn right into the room labeled “Fireplace Lounge.” DO NOT enter through Building Three!

Yes. Wine bars, pubs, and restaurants are plentiful within two-to five blocks. “Little Brothers” restaurant in the courtyard on the first floor (a farm-to-table establishment), remains open until 10 pm if you need a late night snack!
The restrooms are on the first floor of Building One. Take a left out of the Fireplace Lounge and an immediate left to the stairwell. At the bottom, proceed out the door to the right and down the hallway until it ends. Take a left through the door marked Painting Room. Proceed diagonally to the door on the far corner. Exit to women’s room on left and men’s room on right. If you require an elevator, ask someone with a purple arm ribbon to assist you. There are three stalls in each of the men’s and women’s restrooms.I
Wedding volunteers will have purple bands on their arms. They will help you find the venue, guest book, restroom, parking lot, etc.
