Maid of Honor
“How do I describe my and Gina’s relationship? No one will ever be as entertained by us as us. It’s been 25 years of tomfoolery and fun, and hopefully we’ll never grow up!”

“I met Tung in college and he immediately struck me as someone who is a deeply caring and intelligent person with a great sense of humor. I am happy that we met when we did and am happy to call him a dear friend.”

“Gina and I go way back! Way back to My 4th, 1996 to be exact…my earliest memory is me being 3 years old and visiting her in the hospital right after she was born. While we are of course sisters, we are also friends. Growing up and spending summers on Washington Island vs the rest of the year in Chicago, we had some really amazing times together as kids and continuing into adulthood. She is a kind person who has always loved rescuing bunnies and a talented artist in many mediums. I am glad she has found someone as thoughtful and caring as Tung. I wish them much happiness and many more rescued bunnies together! I am excited to see what their future brings them.”

“I met Tung in my first year at Beloit and I knew he would be a close friend. When we met I realized he’s probably one of the smartest, yet most humble people I know. He always looks out for the well-being of others no matter what. I am very fortunate to have Tung as a dear friend of mine.”

“For me the story of Gina and Tùng goes from high school sweethearts to fairytale lovers that stood the test of time. I’ve been proudly broadcasting to the world what they have built together, and can’t wait to witness more in the future ❤️”

“Tung and I met on our first weekend at college, but we forged our friendship as co-volunteer compost collectors for the urban garden club. In snow and rain we had a blast and set record times hauling the wagon. Throughout college Tung’s optimism, humor, and commitment inspired myself and others. excited to see Tung and Gina’s next chapter together”

You know that cousin that can't make you stop laughing for hours on end while you're just trying to enjoy eating macaroni in a pot? That's Gina. She always knows how to make the simple moments some of the most memorable experiences--many of which involve us dressing up in character as the Scooby Doo gang. I'm thrilled Gina gets to enter the next chapter in life with someone who fuels even more hilarious and wholesome moments, supports her amazing artistic talents, speaks the same bunny language, and makes the family roll on the floor laughing during endless card games. Cheers to 2 charismatic souls making an ever richer journey through life.

“I met Tung through Bob and Caleb. Of course I knew Tung was a good guy because Bob and Caleb are trustworthy…usually. I had heard him described as a fit and smart guy wanting to be a doctor. Correct on all counts. I just wish I could’ve taught him to throw a frisbee better”
Father of the Bride
I have spent considerable time looking into the subjects of love and marriage. Unfortunately, the greatest minds were not able to help me find the words for for this occasion. Seems to me the Love Sonnets of King David and the poetry of Shakespeare would be much better if they had the pleasure of knowing our charming bride and groom - Gins and Tung! Huzzah!!!
