Where is the wedding taking place?

Pinstripes Cleveland in Beachwood OH. Located in Pinecrest Plaza.

Question

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:30pm. Ceremony will start at 5pm, followed by cocktail hour. Reception is set to start between 6:30 and 7pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. Wear something your comfortable in - button-up shirts, flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy! The ceremony will take place outside but the reception will be indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will take pictures. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour where drinks and appetizers will be served. Dinner will be served around 6:30-7pm, with dancing to follow.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are not providing formal transportation for the event; however, there will be ample parking for those comfortable to drive. Lyft/Uber are also available for those who don’t want to drive. Pinecrest Plaza also offers valet parking - look for the signs in the parking lot behind Pinstripes. There are also several hotels in the area (some within walking distance from the venue).

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day. With your invitation, there will be an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to RSVP on the website (once available).

Can I bring my kids?

The couple requests this be an adults-only event.

Can I bring my partner?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes. There are two hotels we have rooms reserved at. Details will be available on the Travel page as soon as we get codes.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator to transport you to the party zone!

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate this with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Answer

Cocktail hour and the reception will offer an open bar. Cash bar available before the wedding and during the after party.
