WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

Brandyn had just gotten home from Canada where he went to college, and I had just been going through one of the hardest things in my life when we met. It was a weird time of life. God had really started tugging at my heart, and getting through this thing that I had to go through; led to my baptism. Brandyn and I had both grown up Christian, but when we met; we were both either in a dark place, or just coming out of one. And of course today we still struggle with sins and worldly things; neither of us are perfect. But through these past couple of years, God has changed us both so much, and has saved our lives in several areas. We met in church, and we became friends FAST. Our first time singing together was at my baptism! Brandyn eventually expressed his feelings towards me, but I had “rejected” him about 3 times! I still was a flirt and led him on a bit... I was a turd, but I told him that I wasn’t going to get in to a new relationship until I knew that it was God’s will. So, through questions and prayer, (mostly me asking the questions and Brandyn doing most of the praying), I finally decided to say yes to B on 7/23/17. We weren’t allowed to date then, so we called it “being saved for each other”! There’s been a lot of family drama, ups and downs, doubts, and questions since then, but also so much growth. Now EVERYONE is for our relationship, (which wasn’t the case in the beginning), and we’re blessed to have eachother’s families in our lives. We’ve had several amazing confirmations from God about our relationship being meant to be. Brandyn proposed in Dec., 2018; but I’ve been wedding planning long before then! We were planning on Oct. of 2019, but we think that God wanted us to wait. Thankfully we did, because we wouldn’t have been ready. So we decided on 7/10/20! But then because of personal reasons, and Covid, we’ve had to postpone the wedding again. And then again! Its been a wild ride, but we have finally come to a decision on 10/16/21!
