Wedding Day Shuttles!

SHUTTLE UPDATE! We strongly recommend requesting an early checkin time for your hotel stay. Holiday Inn Express: Departure at 3:30pm Best Western: Departure at 4:00pm Late night shuttles back to hotels: 9pm 10pm 11pm 12am Please note that shuttles will only be traveling to and from our room block hotel options.

Train

Hudson Amtrak

Travel directly into Hudson's train station! This is a great option for our friends and family traveling in from the Providence area, Boston area, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. The station itself is located just a block off of Hudson's main downtown street, Warren Street.

Flight

Albany (ALB) Airport

For those of you who might be flying into our wedding, we cannot thank you enough for making the trip. Albany Airport is just 45 minutes from Hudson, NY. Alternatively, if you are flying into one of New York's major airports, we'd recommend making your way to Penn Station upon arrival, and taking the train into Hudson Station for your last leg of the trip.

Holiday Inn Express

This hotel is a quick 13 minute drive from Gather Greene! We will be providing transportation for guests to and from the wedding (and yes, of course, from the after party)! The group code for our room block is LLB. Guests will need to select from the drop-down group code and enter it for the discounted rates.

Best Western New Baltimore Inn

The Best Western is located just across Route 9W, opposite of the Holiday Inn Express. While we will not be including a room block for this hotel, we WILL be providing shuttle service to and from this hotel as well!
