As of right now, out of concern for the safety of our guests, we’re requiring everyone intending to attend to be fully vaccinated and boosted. We understand that it’s a complex topic with a lot of nuance. We’d love for you to attend our wedding, but unfortunately we can’t budge on this. As the wedding date gets closer we will also decide if we are going to require testing before the ceremony as well.
We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! You are welcome to bring your kids to Orlando if you'd like to make a vacation out of the trip, but please note the wedding itself will be kid free. Disney recommends this company if you're hoping to find a babysitter during the wedding: https://kidsniteout.com
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
Yes! Please click on the Travel tab for all information about our hotel room block.
Of course! We will have a full meal, dessert, and drinks. Plus appetizers at the cocktail hour and maybe a special surprise toward the end of the evening.
Please click on the Registry tab of this website to be taken to our registry. We live in a small NYC apartment so we don't need much. However, if you'd like to contribute to our Honeymoon Fund we would be eternally grateful.
Transportation from all the different Disney hotels will not be provided, but there is plenty of Walt Disney World sponsored transportation available from buses to monorails to boats. Plus Uber and Lyft are available. The walk from the wedding venue to the reception is just 10 minutes down a marked path.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, but weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be outdoors.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the Grand Floridian for a cocktail hour before the reception begins.
During the ceremony, we ask that you please refrain from any photography or videography on your phones. We would love it if you would be present with us during this wonderful moment. Please think of the ceremony like a theatrical performance and keep your phones off. As for the reception, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #GianforteToBe so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
Orlando weather is notoriously unpredictable. We're hoping it will be cooler, but you never know. We advise bringing a jacket and an umbrella in case of crazy weather.
Feel free to reach out via email or text to Ryan or Natalie!
