Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes!! After party at the Courtyard Marriott - Hamilton. They have a cash bar that will be open to us until 1 am

What time will shuttles from the hotel depart?

Answer

Shuttles will run from 4:15pm-4:40pm. There will be multiple trips. There will also be shuttles from the venue back to the hotel starting at 10:30 pm.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for the ceremony to begin as scheduled at 5pm. We respectfully request that you plan accordingly in regards to the anticipated holiday traffic.

Will there be breakfast at the hotel the day after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be breakfast in the lobby at 9:30 am. (Bagel, Fruit, Yogurt, Coffee, Tea)

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

The venue offers on-site parking. There will be a round trip shuttle service available for guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott - Hamilton Please plan accordingly for your safety and the safety of other guests.

WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Answer

The Cocktail hour will be a combination of passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations. The reception will have plated dinner options that were selected during the RSVP process. Entrees can be made gluten free or dairy free upon request and there will be a vegetarian/vegan option for guests
