Ali was born in Staten Island, NY and later on lived in Marlboro, NJ. Ali has lived in the East Coast most of his life until he attended medical school at ATSU SOMA in Arizona. He later moved back to the East Coast where he completed his training as an emergency medicine physician in Philadelphia. In addition to his unwavering love and support of the New York Giants, Ali loves all things in nature - hiking, camping, hunting, and riding his bike.

Germaine was bitten by the travel bug at a very young age. She was born in the Philippines and at 6 years old, her family moved to Singapore. While in Singapore, Germaine discovered her love for food, baking and travel. At 12 years old, she moved to California, USA with her family. After living in California for a little over a decade, the travel bug bit her again and she traveled to the East Coast where she lived for a few years before moving to Arizona to attend medical school at ATSU SOMA. She later returned to the East Coast to live in Brooklyn, NY and then in Philadelphia, PA where she completed her training as an emergency medicine physician.

Ali and Germaine met in Brooklyn, NY while they were completing their clinical training as medical students. Both of them matched to the same emergency medicine residency program in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout their 7-year relationship, Ali and Germaine shared their love for trying new cuisines and restaurants, cooking together, listening to live music, and exploring new places. Most importantly, they loved singing along and watching John Mayer in concert. Currently, they live in York, PA with their dog, Sammy. While at their last adventure in Acadia National Park, Maine in October 2023, Ali surprised Germaine during a hike when he proposed at the summit of Champlain Mountain at sunrise. Sammy had beat them to the summit! Needless to say, she said yes and they are inviting you to celebrate their union on August 2nd, 2024!
