When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our guests should arrive by 4:45pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please note that the venue is in eastern time zone, so it is one hour ahead of Chicago. The shuttle will start pickup at the hotel at 4pm and will run loops to and from the venue.

Is there a dress code?

We would love for our guests to dress in semi-formal/formal attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the kids in our lives, we will only be able to have our nieces and nephews present at our wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have made a group reservation at the Holiday Inn Express in South Haven, MI. Please reserve a room using our discount code: Godbolt Genovese Wedding by September 6th. You may adjust the dates if needed as it is reserved for October 3rd and 4th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided by Affordable Limousines, so that everyone can enjoy themselves and celebrate without having to worry about driving to and from the hotel. The shuttle bus will pickup in front of the hotel and will run from 4pm-12am. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.
