What is the attire for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding semi-formal/cocktail. Wear what makes you comfortable we just ask that no one wear jeans.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

For the reception we are having a buffet. There will be a variety of food. There will be something for everyone that has a food allergy or sensitivity.

What will the weather be like in late august?

Answer

For Central Oregon the weather is unpredictable. It will be mid- to high 70.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be in front of the hotel with a small walk to the conference center.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome. Those with families automatically got an invite that includes their children.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a limited guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is a strict RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. From the parking lot there is a short walk to the convention center but it is all flat ground with no steps. The ceremony will be outside on the grass but there is a patio that guest may stand on for more solid ground if needed.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes we will have table centerpieces that guest can take with them afterwords.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at three different places. The first being with Zola. We are also registered with Target and Macy’s. These three are all located under the Registry tab with links to Target and Macy’s
