Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

When you RSVP online and your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is it easy to call an Uber/Lyft from Nestldown?

Answer

No, its very difficult for Uber/Lyft to come pick you up FROM the venue given that cell service on site is poor. Shuttles will be provided at the end of the event to help bring you back to the hotel or after party. That said, Uber/Lyft works very well when traveling TO Nestldown. Keep in mind, shuttles will be provided from Four Points Sheraton TO the venue day of the wedding. (Please indicate in your RSVP if you wish to use the complimentary shuttle).

Can I smoke outside?

Answer

Yes, but ONLY in the designated smoking area to the right of the restrooms. This includes any tobacco products as well as electronic cigarettes.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For The Ladies - Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual - Cocktail or floor length dress. Its best to avoid stiletto heels. Because of the grass and soft ground, block heels or wedges are recommended, if you want heels that is. For The Men - Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual - Suit and tie or sport coat with dress slacks

Who can I contact in case of emergency?

Answer

If its a real emergency please dial 911. Otherwise you can easily find our event staff that will be wearing 2 way radios and will be ready to assist you.

Is there a room block or discount code I can use for the hotel?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the section titled "Travel & Places To Stay". This section should have all the information you need.

Question

Will shuttles be provided at the very end of the night (after) the after party?

Answer

Not everyone may want to leave at the same exact time so we are going to leave it to you to find your way back. Uber & Lyft are very easy to call in that area, so that shouldn't be a problem.
