Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. Wear your gowns/cocktail dresses and your suits/tuxes, whichever you feel most comfortable in! If you need inspiration, our color recommendations are in the details card you received with your invitation and they are also shown at the top of this page for your convenience.

What is the weather like in Pine, CO?

Answer

Please keep in mind with the higher elevation it will be around 20 degrees cooler than in Denver. We recommend bringing a jacket with you to the wedding!

How does elevation affect the body?

Answer

Denver, CO is a mile high in elevation and the wedding venue is at 8000ft elevation. This means that your body needs to pump more oxygen into your body to adjust to a climate with less oxygen. REMINDER: Drink lots of water, don't exercise to heavy, or drink lots of alcohol until you are fully acclimated. Research the signs of altitude sickness and remember Colorado sells portable oxygen tanks if you need it!

What is the hotel situation?

Please contact the bride BEFORE May 15, 2024 (tilneyrachel@yahoo.com / 310-415-7599) to book a hotel room at the Drury Plaza Hotel Westminster or if you have any questions regarding accommodations. If you do not want to book a room at the Drury Plaza Hotel, there are many other hotels in the area to choose from like the Denver Marriott Westminster or the Hyatt Place Westminster. You are also more than welcome to book an AirBnB or Vrbo during your time in Colorado. If you choose other accommodations it will be your responsibility to make your reservation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to transport guests from the Drury Plaza Hotel at 2:00pm and the shuttle will pick up guests from the venue at 9:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle, please arrive at the venue by 3:30pm. There is free parking at the venue.

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
