At this time, the ceremony is at Brant Beach Yacht Club (BBYC). Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). As we will be on the water and it is often windy on the bay, please dress appropriately.
Yes! Our venue, BBYC has a parking lot and plenty of street parking.
Please arrive at the 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. There will be welcome drinks offered upon arrival.
Check out the "Travel" page for hotel recommendations. There's plenty of hotels available within 10-20 minutes of the venue. Please book in advance as 11/11 is Veteran's day, NJ Teacher's convention and other weddings planned on the island this weekend. Hotel rooms are expected to book up.
If you plan on staying the weekend at LBI there's plenty to do! Although it is the 'off-season' and a number of shops and restaurants are closed... There's plenty of places you can visit! Checkout How you Brewin' for coffee (Gavin and Krista's favorite) or Wally's for breakfast! If you are up for some shopping, check out Ron Jon's (you can't miss it, it's the big yellow building on the center of the island) or check out the various boutique shops.
This is not a 'black-tie' event, nor casual. Formal attire is required. FYI for the ladies who plan to wear heals, please note the parking lot is stone.
