Guests can fly directly into Aspen through Aspen Pitkin County Airport.
For more flexible and affordable flights, we recommend flying into Denver and renting a car to drive to Aspen. Travel time is approximately 3.5 hours via I-70. In the summer months, you can take the optional route over Independence Pass for stunning mountain views.
There are no shortage of places to stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. Accommodations are generally more affordable the farther you get from Aspen. We think Basalt is a great option. We've listed a few suggestions here, but VRBOs and AirB&B's are also available.
