If you can get there 15 minutes early this will help with making sure that everything is on time. Allow time for parking and finding your seat. This is not the day for "Pequot Time". If you do arrive late please stand in the back and wait for the ceremony to be finished.
We ask that everyone comes in semi-formal attire. Tuxes/Suits or Gowns/Cocktail dresses. While the event is outdoors, it is fully paved and the tent is heated. There's also a fire pit if you need to warm up. Please refrain from wearing any shades of white. Bridesmaids will be wearing gold and groomsmen in all black.
There is free parking in the lot with an attendant to direct you where to park. We also have a shuttle scheduled for pick up and drop off to the hotel. More information coming soon. The ceremony and reception is at The Tent at the bottom side of the parking lot, not the main building.
While we would love to have everyone come we are limited on space due to venue capacities. Your invitation will indicate whether you have a plus 1.
As you know we both love the little ones. Due to us both having such large families we just cannot invite everyone. We have decided to make this a 21+ event, with a very few exceptions for our immediate families only and wedding party. Enjoy the night out and have fun!
Being able to include our whole family on our special day was our top priority, therefore it will be a cash bar. There is an ATM located onsite. They are very strict about their liquor license so we ask that you please do not bring any outside alcohol including in the parking lot. They will ask you to leave the property if you are caught, and we don't want that. If anything changes we'll let you know :)
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. This means that we will ask you to please be in the moment with us and to please not take any photos or video. We have amazing photographers and videographers that will capture the moment and we will share with you all after the wedding. Photos are okay and encouraged during cocktail hour and the reception!
Please use the link above or the QR code on your mailed invitation to rsvp. Rsvp's will be due by 8/27/24, no later. Rsvps won't start until the formal invitations go out, however if you know you won't be able to make it, please feel free to message us ahead of time. It will help with planning details if we have a heads up.
We don't expect anything however if you would like to gift us something we have set up a Honeymoon Fund and a Home Improvement Fund in lieu of a traditional gift registry. You can find this located at the top of this page under "Registry".
As you may or may not know, I have a traveling beauty team. I will have artists on standby for anyone who wishes to have their hair and makeup done.
