When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 24th, 2023. If you cannot attend, we will miss you but understand! Those that do not RSVP by September 24th, 2023 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

When do I need to arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later than 4:45pm. At 5 o'clock the doors will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony, just the reception. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time. We thank you for understanding that we would like to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your children, we are requesting an adult only ceremony and reception with the exception of a few close family members and people traveling long distance. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Can we take photos on a phone or camera during the ceremony?

Answer

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain form all electronics until cocktail hour.

Are there colors or attire to avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that no one wears colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory or cream shades of color. No jeans, shorts or tennis please!

Can we leave our vehicles overnight and pick them back up in the morning?

Answer

Yes, our venue allows your vehicles to be left overnight if needed, but you cannot pick up your car early than 9am the next morning. The parking area will be secured by a locked gate.
