What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal/cocktail. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Upstate NY can be chilly in April. The ceremony will be outside and a coat would be recommended. Reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, we do! We have a block of rooms at the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort. You are free to stay wherever works for you as there are plenty of other hotels in the town. All wedding day events will be occurring at the Golden Arrow however.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Friday, April 7th, 2023 will be the Welcome Event for the wedding party/family. Sunday, April 9th, 2023 will be a farewell brunch for all guests.
