Garrett and I met in college through our close friends, Hunter and Taryn (who are now married!). We got to know one another during my Senior year, and Garrett was out of college, living in Texas! Because I was in Virginia finishing up school and Garrett was in Texas, we got to know each other through Facetime "dates" and long phone calls - which then eventually brought us to our first date, YAY!! Garrett went away to school for a month soon after we began talking, which led to him sending the first of many love letters! *que Please Mr. Postman by the Carpenters* haha :) In that letter, he asked if he could take me on a date once he got back from school - which I said YES to and he did!! He flew from TX to VA to take me to breakfast, and we've been in love ever since! The Lord has been so good to us and so faithful throughout our relationship, and we look forward to what His plan is for our lives together as husband and wife!
