You can book these ahead of time. • For $25 usd, per day you can add on an a la carte breakfast package to you stay. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING THIS ON, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! THEY BAKE FRESH PASTRIES DAILY!! • You can also add up to three (3) days pre and post our weekend block at our group rate if you'd like to stay longer.

Our hotel is a short 40min drive from the airpot! We recommend trying to get a flight that gets you in on Thursday with enough time before our Welcome event on Thursday night.

Private Transportation to and from the Cancún International Airport is available to book from our hotel. OPTIONS AVAILABLE • SUV at $150usd plus 16% tax one way – up to 4 guests. • VAN at $120usd plus 16% tax one way – Up to 8 guests. Just email vrm.events@viceroyhotelsandresorts.com and they'll help set it up. VERY IMPORTANT! If you don´t require their shuttle service, please kindly share your flight information or estimated arrival time to the hotel, so they know when you'll arrive. The staff will be there to meet you with a special welcoming ceremony. You can also rent a car at the Cancun airport, just keep in mind it can take a bit of time at the rental offices.
