What can I wear?

Answer

We are asking our guests to dress black tie optional/formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! J.C. Newman Cigar Company has a dedicated parking lot. We highly encourage guests utilize our trolley or ride sharing from your hotel to enjoy the night without worry.

How will I get from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We are providing a trolley service from the Hotel Haya at 5:30 pm and it will depart for the hotel at 11:45 pm. Guests staying at either the Hotel Haya or Hampton Inn are welcome to take the trolley.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving dinner family style. All guests will enjoy a serving of bistro steak and grouper as well as a variety of sides.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks right in Ybor City, on 7th Ave. Our first recommendation will be the Hotel Haya, followed by the Hampton Inn and Suites. Mention the Gamble-Medrano Wedding when reserving over the phone.

What is the schedule of events?

6:00pm doors to the venue open. 7:00pm cocktail hour starts. 8:00pm reception begins. 11:45pm sparkler send off.
