What Time Should Guests Arrive at The Inn at New Hyde Park?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30 pm and grab some champagne and strawberries. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is This an Indoor or Outdoor Wedding?

Answer

Both. The ceremony will take place outside in the Inn's garden (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be both inside and outside on the patio. Reception takes place inside the Inn.

Are Kids Invited?

While we love kids, this is an adult only reception.

Do You Have a Suggested Hotel to Stay at the Night of the Wedding?

Answer

Yes. We have blocked a number of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Place Garden City. It is a 15 minute ride from the hotel to the Inn at New Hyde Park. Visit the "Travel" tab for the hotel accommodation information.

Is the Transportation To and From the Hotel to the Inn at New Hyde Park?

Answer

No, there will not be any transportation provided to or from the hotel. Please take advantage of ride share apps such as Uber. It is approximately 5.5 miles from the hotel to the Inn at New Hyde Park.

Where Can I Park?

Answer

There is valet parking on premises. Enter on S Second Street from Jericho Turnpike.

Is It OK To Take Pictures With Our Phones and Cameras?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take pictures and share them on our app. Please be mindful of the professional photographers during the ceremony, but feel free to take as many photos as you would like. We do ask that cell phones are placed on silent mode during the ceremony.
