We will be getting married in the Osborne Garden at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00am, and visitors will be allowed to enter starting at 8:45am. We recommend being there before 8:45 so everyone can walk in together. The Botanic Garden only allows for 1 hour ceremonies, therefore everyone will need to be there exactly at 8:45am to enter on time. Please keep in mind that this is a standing ceremony in the grass, if you need accommodations, let us know in advance. After the ceremony is finished, we will use the remaining hour for photos. Guests are allowed to remain in the Botanic Garden for however long they'd like after 10am.
As much as we would love to invite everyone we know, please do not bring additional guests.
Cocktail attire with spring colors encouraged! No need to dress super fancy and formal, but we will be taking lots of pictures, so please nothing casual like jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. Please also be mindful of the weather--it seems that it will most likely rain with a low of 37 and a high of 50.
The reception will be held in our apartment building lounge area, which is fairly close to the Botanic Garden (around a 20 minute walk/8 minute drive). We encourage you to grab a small breakfast in the meantime while we wait for the lounge to become available for the reception (a catered lunch will be provided around 2pm). We appreciate your understanding and patience!
