The Grand Hotel & Ballroom

We have blocked rooms at The Grand Hotel in Historic Downtown McKinney for the weekend. You can call them at (214) 726-9250 or email them at reservations@mckinneygrand.com to make accommodations for your weekend. Unfortunately, you cannot book online. We have the standard rooms reserved at $159/night for both Friday (6/2) and Saturday (6/3). However, if you are needing to reserve Thursday (6/1) the hotel will still honor the reduced rate even though it is not on our room block! Please make sure to reference the “Balcar/Bush Wedding” when making your accommodations to ensure that you get the reduced rate! PARKING INFO Street side and lot parking is available throughout downtown. Valet is available at the Grand Hotel’s entrance Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 5pm for $7.00 per car. For those traveling from out of town, McKinney is about 34 miles (~30 minutes) north of downtown Dallas and is about 30 minutes and equal distance from both the DFW airport and Love Field. Uber, Lyft, Alto, and Taxi's are available at both airport locations.
