Is there parking available at the venue, and if so, is it complimentary? Are there any other details we should know about parking and city safety?

Answer

Public street parking is available near the venue. There are also a few street "pay to park" areas in the vicinity where you are prebook your parking space. Here are a few friendly tips to ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the festivities: Plan Your Ride: If you're indulging in the local libations, leave the car keys behind and opt for rideshare, public transit, or a designated driver. Stay Street Smart: Oakland is vibrant and bustling, so keep your wits about you while exploring the city. Stick to well-lit areas, travel in groups when possible, and keep valuables secure. Respect the Locals: Oakland is a melting pot of cultures and communities, so let's keep the peace, spread the love, and respect the city and its residents as we celebrate. Car Theft and Break Ins - Before leaving your vehicle, make sure all doors are locked and windows are closed. It's the first line of defense against opportunistic thieves. Keep any valuable items out of sight or, better yet, take them with you. Even small items can attract unwanted attention. Opt for well-lit and populated parking areas whenever possible. Avoid dimly lit or secluded spots, as they provide cover for potential thieves.

Are there any nearby accommodations recommended for out-of-town guests?

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and reception venue?

Answer

No transportation will be provided between the hotel and venue.

What is the dress code for the wedding reception?

Answer

Dress to impress in cocktail attire suitable for an outdoor celebration. This is a rooftop venue, a jacket/shawl is a good accessory.

Are children allowed to attend the wedding reception?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding!

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please alert us to any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Special accommodations will not be possible day of the celebration.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special weekend as intimate as possible. We have choosen to celebrate with those we have specifically invited. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Is there a designated area for smokers at the venue?

Answer

Smoking of any kind is not be allowed inside of the venue or on the rooftop. Smokers may exit the building through the street level entrance to smoke. NOTE: The door will lock once closed so please be mindful of this.

Are there any restrictions on photography or videography during the reception?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our reception so we politely ask that you please limit phone and camera usage. We promise to share all of the beautiful memories that our wedding photographer captures with you.

Are there any local attractions or points of interest nearby for guests who arrive early or stay late?

Answer

Is there a plan in case of inclement weather for an outdoor wedding?

Answer

The venue we have selected is equipped with indoor spaces that can be utilized in case of rain and inclement weather.

Elevator access is available inside of the venue.

How can I RSVP and what is the deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

Is there a preferred method of transportation from the airport?

Answer

Rideshare as well as local cab agencies are available from the San Francisco and Oakland Airports. You also have the option of using BART public transportation.
