Room Block

We have a small room block at The Laylow hotel in Waikiki. This hotel is part of the Mariott Autograph Collection. We have the room block from Thursday - Sunday as it has a 3-night minimum. The hotel offers the discounted group rate 2 days before or after the scheduled block if you wish to extend your stay in beautiful Hawaii! https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1665000610962&key=GRP Below are notes from the hotel: - If the guest select their dates and click “check availability” button from the main page it will take them to a reservation site with the room types. - They will see the box at the top of the page showing a daily destination fee of USD$35 will be added, which doesn’t match with your agreement. The destination fee will be applied $20 plus tax per day and it’s stated on the first main page only. The blue box below is not editable as the Marriott Brand is populated based on the retail price. - When your guests proceed to confirm the reservations, taxes and fees will be auto-populated to the retail rate (and NOT the discounted rate you receive). - Your guests will use their own credit card to confirm the reservation. However there will be no deposit charged at time of booking. All payment will be due at time of check-out and the final room folio will reflect ALL discounted fees. - If any of your guests wanting to pre-pay for their stay, please have them contact laylowreservations@laylowwaikiki.com and we can assist them prepay for their stay. If not staying at The Laylow, we recommend staying in Waikiki, as many of the hotels on the island are here and our shuttles will be picking guests up in this area. We will provide specific pick up locations as we get closer to the date. The below hotels are some of our favorites and all very close to one another. The after party will also be held in Waikiki, so it should be a short walk back to your hotel!

The Royal Hawaiian is a luxury option for our guests. It is one of our favorite hotels in Waikiki and has so much history! Even if not staying here, it is worth the time to check this place out! The outside beachfront bar has the best Mai Tai's in Oahu.
