Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. So we encourage guests to arrive closer to 2:30 to find proper seating.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi formal. more fancy then business attire but just a notch below formal tuxedoes and fancy gowns.

How do i get to the venue? will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Guests will have to drive their own vehicles to venue. Transportation will not be provided.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue

Can i bring my kids?
Answer
Of course! All invitations should be addressed directly to the children as well but if you have any questions please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

Can i bring a plus 1?
Answer
All invitations will be addressed directly to who is invited. It will also be displayed on the RSVP page. We are limited to a certain number of guests. As much as we would love to have everyone come and celebrate with us +1s are for kids and serious significant others only.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will be having a standard buffet style dinner however, there will also be a gluten free / vegetarian option as well. Please just let the bride know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

What is the best way to let you know of any allergies of dietary restrictions?

Please feel free to contact the bride or groom DIRECTLY ahead of time if there is anything we need to be aware of.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No. We will be having a cash bar.

Will there be blocked out rooms at hotels for guests?
Answer
Yes. There are two hotels we have done blocks for. Please see accommodations tab for more details.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony to post on the internet?
Answer
No. We will have an unplugged ceremony and ask that all phones remain silenced and away during our ceremony. In addition we do ask that you do not post anything from the wedding until after we are able to announce it ourselves.

If i am unable to attend the wedding in person will there be a virtual way?
Answer
No, Unfortunately we do not have the resources to be able to set that up for guests but we will have a wedding video and plenty of photos that we'll post at a later date.

Can i bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Of course! We will have a designated space for all wedding gifts that are brought to the venue!
Question
If there are any changes how will they be communicated?
Answer
We are going to try our best to let everyone know of any changes for the wedding individually. However we will also post them on our website as well.
Question
Will the ceremony be indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The plan is to have the ceremony outside then cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. We will be serving some hot apple cider and treats while everyone is first arriving as well to help keep guests cozy.
