We are so excited to have you attend our wedding!
There are two main hotels that you can choose from, one that is in Downtown KC and another that is closer to the venue. There are no set blocks for the hotels, and if you have any trouble making reservations please let us know.
Our recommendation is that if you are staying in the area for multiple days the Downtown location is the better option to explore more of the city and experience life in Kansas City.
If you are flying in, be aware that the Kansas City Airport (MCI) is roughly 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City area.
The Pavilion Event Space is a 35 minute drive from the airport and a 20 minute drive from downtown Kansas City.
