What is the parking situation at The Don CeSar?

Unfortunately, The Don CeSar does charge for parking. Boooooo !! However, the hotel will have parking vouchers on the bar. Those vouchers provide you with a discounted parking rate: $20 for self-parking $25 for valet parking

Are the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both indoors so you do not need to (fully) fear the Florida heat. However, the cocktail hour will be half inside and half outside as it is on one of The Don Cesar's terraces.
