Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at venue, as well as on street parking in the close vacinity.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive beginning at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! We care more about your presence and celebrating with you than what you are wearing. Please consider the weather as we are intending to have the ceremony outdoors and it will likely be hot and humid.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We have chosen to take photos prior to the ceremony so that we can begin the reception immediately following the ceremony. An open bar will be available throughout the evening.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you also upload pictures to our shared wedding drive so we can see what you captured!

What food/drinks will be available?

Answer

We are offering a full cocktail reception. A plated dinner/buffet will not be offered, but do not worry, there will be plenty of food offered throughout the evening. Appetizer style foods, desserts, and fruit, veggie, and cheese boards will be available. Beer, wine, soda, water, and various liquors for cocktails will be available through our open bar.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are intending to have the ceremony outside, weather permitting. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

Can I bring a guest who was not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Our venue does not allow for a huge guest list. As a general rule, if an individual's name is not listed on the invitation, we unfortunately cannot accommodate their presence.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP card enclosure was included in the invitation. You may mail this back or email us at jacksonjg2023@gmail.com.

Please give your response by June 5, 2023 so we may plan accordingly.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We have created a registry on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/wedding/gabrielle-hole-jarret-jackson--july-2023/registry/HZE8M0YW1NBH). However, we have everything we need and your presence in joining us to celebrate is more than enough! If you feel so inclined to bless us further on our special day, contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. There will be a designated area outside for smoking. We will also be supplying cigars for anyone who is interested.

What are the rules surrounding alcoholic beverages?

Answer

All alcohol must be served by our bartenders. No shots are allowed.
