We're Getting Married!

It may not be your typical love story but it's the truth! Hannah and Gabe met through a mutual friend. Our best man Augie has known Gabe since childhood, but has only known Hannah for a brief period. Augie, a party animal, brought Gabe along with to a friend's birthday party one night. It was here Hannah and Gabe exchanged first glances. While Gabe was nearly fed up with love that night, Hannah had other plans. She made sure to get the name of that cute boy at the party. Knowing Gabe and Augie were roommates and thick as thieves, she texted Augie asking to hang out at their house the next day. With a few conversations and the help of her womanly whiles, Hannah convinced Gabe to take her out for coffee and the rest is history!

Gabe's a sneaky one... and thoughtful! He chose the weekend of Hannah and his anniversary, as well as the venue of their first date to seal the deal. Who knew that their fateful first date at Anodyne coffee would turn into Gabe's most romantic gesture? Being a singer in high school, Gabe decided that the best way he could touch Hannah's heart was through song. He chose the song Beyond by Leon Bridges as it was very special to the both of them and one they shared on many occasions. He gathered up some of Hannah's closest friends and family and let them know the plan. Hannah's mom drove Hannah to meet Gabe at the Anodyne on Bruce Street in Milwaukee. There the unsuspecting Hannah sat down near a small stage. A short while later, Gabe emerged and Serenaded Hannah with his sweet song. "What's he doing up there" she said to Jen, her mom. Shortly after Hannah broke down crying and couldn't believe what she was seeing. Luckily Gabe hired a photographer to capture the beautiful occasion.
