We're Getting Married!

K-12 Kyle and Gabriela have been in the same school.Despite being in the same school and the same classes at times, Kyle and Gabriela never interacted. Kyle would rather fly under the radar and Gabriela was quite the social butterfly. After Graduation they went their separate ways. Kyle going into the military and Gabriela going to college in Pittsburgh. One Night in the summer of 2020 after aimlessly swiping on Bumble, Gabriela stumbled upon Kyle's profile and matched with him immediately. After a few exchanges, a rejection on Gabriela's behalf and Kyle's consistency, they went on their first date in August and the rest was history.

It started out as a normal Sunday morning in Bloomsburg PA. Kyle had just finished a weekend long ultimate frisbee tournament. Everything was normal, Kyle and Gabriela woke up, went to breakfast, and decided to go for a hike at Rickets Glen. They hiked for a few hours looking at the fall foliage after a nights rainfall. After climbing down the side of a mountain the reached a beautiful waterfall. Gabriela, loving to take pictures, decided to walk out on some rocks and take pictures of the waterfall. Unbeknownst to her, Kyle was setting up to propose. Kyle set up his phone to record the whole thing and joined Gabriela on the rocks. After taking her jacket he got down on one knee. At this point Gabriela, thinking he was going to tie his shoe, told him to get up because it was wet and he was going to mess up his pants. He ignored her grabbed her hand and said her full government name, and asked for her to be his wife. Shocked, happy, and excited she said yes and they continued to hike back to the car.
