Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely! Our two-year-old son Jensen would love nothing more than to keep your kids company on the dance floor.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress up with us! Dress in “Barn Cocktail”—formal, but dancin’ boots highly encouraged. Be prepared to two-step! However, please do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride (ivory and white).

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Grand Black in Licking, MO! The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras), meaning we would like all of our guests to be fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us so please allow them to do so. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

What Time Will Dinner Be Served?

Answer

Bandana's BBQ will be providing dinner at approximately six in the evening, so if you need to eat something before the ceremony please do so. We have also opted out of wedding cake and have chosen to go with donuts instead as our wedding dessert. We hope you like Krispy Kreme!

Is There An Open Bar?

Answer

While we wish that we could provide an open bar for our guests, the cost of one does not fall within our budget. Instead, we will be paying a tab for the reception and once that tab is reached, it will be a cash bar. In other words, the first few rounds are on us! The rest are on you.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1, 2022. There will be no physical RSVP cards, so please let us know by using the tab here on our website.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding, please let us know by using the RSVP tab here on our website so we can plan accordingly.
