Denver International Airport (DEN)

Estes Park is a 1.5 hr drive from Denver International Airport and 45 minutes NW of Boulder. Via Rental Car: Toll Road Route: Take I470 north to I25 north. License plate tolling is in effect. If you're driving a rental car, make sure you've made arrangements for tolls so that you aren't charged extra by the rental company. Non-Toll Road route: Leaving the airport, take Tower Road north to 104th then west on 104th to I25 north. Go north on I25 to Colorado 66, west on 66 to Lyons, continue west on US36 to Estes Park. Drivers coming from Denver may choose to take US36 through Boulder to Estes rather than the I25 route above.

Shuttle runs multiple times a day (times included below) from Estes Park to the Denver International Airport. They offer door-to-door pickup and dropoff service in Estes Park. RATES: Round-Trip DIA $115.00 per person One Way $65.00 per person *Rates only vaild at time of booking All Sales are final*. Children 2 and under ride free. Some of the scheduled times may not be available. They strongly recommend that you book at least one week in advance. You may book online at anytime. Travel Note

Estes Park, Colorado

For out of town guests, especially those coming from sea level, please note the altitude at Estes Park is 7,522 feet. Most people can reach 8,000 feet without experiencing altitude sickness. If altitude sickness is a concern of yours, we recommend reading the linked website. If you are prone to altitude sickness you should consider staying in Denver (5,280 ft) or Boulder (5,430 ft) for an evening or two before heading to Estes Park. A gradual increase in elevation allows the body to acclimate. Drinking lots of water is also important.

Black Canyon Inn

There is lodging directly on-site at our venue, with hotel style suites and multiple bedroom condominiums. This will be where the wedding party and family will be staying, although you are of course able to book alternate accommodation. Black Canyon Inn provides a variety of lodge and condo type accommodations within walking distance of all events throughout the weekend. We would highly recommend The Black Canyon Inn for ease of access! PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to have a room block for the weekend, so accommodations are only available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, Uber/Lyft is rarely available in Estes Park and so you will need to coordinate your own travel to/from an alternate lodging location.
