We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott in Hunt Valley, Maryland. In order to book your room at the discounted block rate, please book using the link provided and be sure to book no later than Friday, August 16, 2024. In the event that the room block sells out, you may be able to book a room at their standard rate. Other hotels in the area are Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore Hunt Valley and Residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley.
Shuttle
September 21, 2024 4:15 pm - 10:45 pm
A shuttle service will pick up guests from the Courtyard Marriott at 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. bringing them to Hayfields. The 4:30 p.m. shuttle will also make a stop at Embassy Suites. After the ceremony and reception the shuttle will make return trips to the hotel starting at 9 p.m. (final drop off at 11 p.m.).
