Kindly RSVP by March 1st, 2024. If you cannot attend we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by March 1st, 2024- we are so sorry that you cannot make it. If you miss this date we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send a final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline. Thank you.
Every invite we send will have a plus one. Once you RSVP I will get the invite updated to where you have a plus one listed.
We love your little ones- however we cannot accommodate enough seating for everyone’s children. We have decided to keep this an adult only event with the exception of children in our immediate family, children traveling with parents or children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
The dress code is cocktail to black tie optional. This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are cocktail dresses and suits. No jeans, please! Please feel free to bring sunglasses for the ceremony and to remove any jackets at any time you’re too warm! We will supply hand fans for the ceremony, and the reception will be air conditioned.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Please be responsible and have a designated driver that can take you home at the end of the night to a nearby hotel. We are in the process of trying to find a shuttle service to help the ones who can’t drive back to the hotel. Our wedding will be a open bar for a couple hours and then turn into a cash bar. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises unless it is provided by the wedding venue. Anyone drinking alcohol that was not provided by the venue then you will be fined a $500 fee.
We will not be doing a big wedding registry. If you would like to get us a gift you can simply click the registry tab and it will show you a couple things we have in mind or if you’d like to kindly donate to our cash fund. All of the money will go to our honeymoon expenses and our deposit to our new home. Thank you in advance!
We are currently in the process of getting some sort of shuttle service for at the end of the night leaving the wedding, and to the venue the next morning to get your car. I will have an updated answer closer to the wedding. Thankyou!
There is parking on sight at the wedding venue. The drive up to the venue has a little bit of a hill so please drive careful.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to ceremony start. The ceremony starts at 430, don’t be that person who shows up late. Thank you.
Main entree: Creamy spinach chicken and Roast beef. Sides include: Corn pudding, Green beans, Mashed potatoes, and 7 layer salad. There will also be a charcuterie board during cocktail hour.
