Accommodations Are Limited
We are so excited to celebrate with our loving friends and family. Rhinebeck is a very small town, and with September being the high season, accommodations will be limited. We have organized several room blocks at various hotels, inns and motels within Rhinebeck and the surrounding areas. There are also plenty of amazing Airbnb and other short-term rental options available. If you plan on attending, please book your accommodations as soon as possible and plan ahead! Rhinebeck tends to book up far in advance. The hotel room blocks will expire 2-3 months out from the wedding.
Shuttle
Shuttles from Rhinebeck to Rokeby Estate (Wedding Day)
September 7, 2024 3:45 pm - 10:45 pm
Shuttles will depart from Garden Street at the Delamater Inn property (across the street from Mirabeau Inn and Beekman Arms) at 3:40PM sharp. Return shuttles back to Rhinebeck for an afterparty at The Amsterdam will be provided starting at 10:30PM. Limited parking space is available at Rokeby Estate for those who wish to drive, but shuttles are highly encouraged.

Amtrak runs regularly from Penn Station in NYC to Rhinecliff, NY. Rhinecliff station is a 5-minute taxi or Uber from Downtown Rhinebeck Village.
Travel Note
An Easy Drive
It's an easy (and beautiful) drive up to Rhinebeck from NYC (an hour and a half from Manhattan, straight up the Taconic). Although there are taxis in the area and we will have shuttles for Saturday's events, having a rental car may be the move if you're planning on doing some exploring while in the Hudson Valley.
