Our favorite cheese shop in town that is no longer on Warren, but on a parallel street – Allen. Also a good place for to-go sandwiches if you are not trying to build a charcuterie board.
Our fav place to grab breakfast. Amazing BECs and hash browns with lovely garden seating. It is the closest eating establishment to Basilica and The Wick. They also have a small market with both pantry staples and hyper local/novel ingredients.
Classic neighborhood deli that has been around since the 30s. Always hits the spot for a no-frills lunch. Ideal location right in the center of town. Can dine inside, outside, or take to-go.
The premier dining establishment in town. Reservation required.
French, good.
Depending on the time of day and your mood you can visit The Maker for one of its three establishments. The Restaurant is excellent, and its atrium dining area provides a spectacular ambiance. Reservation required. (Don’t order the liver—it’s PIG liver; long story…)

Located at the front of Rivertown Lodge, the tavern (which is mostly outdoor seating) does a really nice brunch.
A block off Warren Street, Governor's has tons of good canned beer like Alchemist Heady Topper and Focal Banger. This place is owned by the same folks as Zombie Hut in Carroll Gardens and has the same tiki-inspired cocktails on the menu! This is the closest thing to a standard bar in Hudson.
Located just behind Basilica, Hudson Brewing Co. has good draft beer, a food truck and outdoor seating.
Bar in the back of an antique shop serving yummy Malaysian plates. Mostly outdoor seating. You order at the bar, they give you a number, then bring out the food. A great lunch option.
Brunch and Dinner with more of a Diner-vibe.
Woodfired sourdough pizza. The best pizza in town!
We end up going to lunch here a lot.
It's the most popular coffee spot on Warren Street for a reason. Tons of options & also a bakery!
Across from Rivertown Lodge. Has a great Blueberry Crumb Cake.
Part beautiful bookstore, part craft beer bar, Spotty Dog might just be our favorite place in Hudson. This place is a gem.
Top-notch locally roasted coffee right next to the Public Square. This is the place for coffee snobs.
This hip coffee shop/motorcycle store is located right in the middle of town for a convenient pick-me-up.
Off Warren on 3rd Street. Has RISE Cold Brew on Tap and is one of the few coffee places that you will want to linger in. Impeccably designed space to lounge and connected to a cool boutique.

This place is NUTS. Gigantic; bizarre things; so many lamps (but not a ton of floor lamps… if you find a good one, let us know.) Would be fun to check out pre-wedding on Saturday?

Close to the Goldstein/Masliah residence...
A little far, but it's a classic lodge-like cozy restaurant that we end up at a lot.
