Welcome Event

7:45 pm - 10:00 pm

A lot of you are traveling the day of the wedding, but we wanted to meet up with anyone who is traveling in early after the rehearsal dinner. We will meet at the hotel bar :)

Wedding and reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

The ceremony and reception will be in the same place and parking is available on-site! Wear comfortable shoes so you can dance the night away. **If are staying at the hotel, a shuttle van will be running back and forth between the hotel and the venue throughout the evening. The first van from the hotel to the venue will start at 3:45pm and go back and forth as needed prior to the ceremony start time. Go to the main entrance of the hotel to pick up the shuttle. All entrees will be prepared gluten-free.
