When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive a little before 4:00 p.m. to get seated prior to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is suggested, however please keep in mind it may be chilly in Asheville in November. Feel free to bring outerwear as desired to stay comfortable.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are indoors, but the cocktail hour is outdoors on the patio. The venue is an open barn so it may be chilly in November. A firepit will be going in the evening and we will have heaters to warm the reception space as needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided, however Uber/Lyft does travel to the venue. Additionally, guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight as long as they are picked up by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. Parking attendant will guide you where to park on arrival.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?

Answer

Yes, if you are vegetarian or vegan please indicate this option on your RSVP and a special separate meal will be provided for you
