Hello! You may have noticed on your invite that it says "Vaccination Required." While Sean and Casey feel very strongly about the safety of our guests from illness (Casey works in health care compliance and sees it very differently), it has pained us to learn that many guests are not seeing vaccination as a way to safeguard themselves and others. Instead of this requirement, we have put together a menu of options to ensure all guests are contributing to the safety of others in their own way. This includes: - Strongly consider completing your primary vaccination series and booster as outlined on the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html (this would be a lovely gift to Sean & Casey) - Taking a COVID test on the morning of 11/12/22 - Stay home if you feel sick - Limiting risk of exposure the week leading up to the wedding Remember! While we've all been living it up this summer and getting back into our groove, our wedding is in the middle of November which means high viral season and the likely emergence of a new variant. In the event things get bad again, we will make a game time decision to require the vaccine if necessary. We will contact each guest directly to have that conversation should the need arise.
