Picture it, me (Frannie) in my pajamas, laying in bed, eating a whole pizza, and watching cartoons. Taylor, after getting home from an Elton John cover band date night with my mom, lounges at the foot of the bed (picture sexy Goldblum from Jurassic park), and starts saying how much he loves me. I just keep eating my pizza and let him talk. Well the time finally came for him to pull out the ring (which I could not see at first due to my knees being propped up and in the way) and he asked me if I would be his wife. Rather than the typical response of crying and saying yes, the first thing that blurts out of my mouth was "Are you shitting me?" Taylor, looking like I sucked the wind out of him, says "I mean, yeah. I got the ring," and moved the box so that I could see the ring. That man barely had time to finish that sentence before I tackled him, and alternated between saying yes and smooching his face. He completely surprised me, and did so in the most Grubb way possible. It was perfectly us and could not have been any better.
