Shuttles will pick guests up guests at 4:30 PM at the Montreal Beach Resort (available for wedding guests staying at the hotel or nearby). The reception will end at 11 PM with shuttles back to the hotel beginning at 9:30 PM. There is also parking available on site at the Winery Tasting Room, and cars may be picked up before 11 AM the following morning. Uber is also available but wait times can be lengthy.
Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM on the Estate Lawn at Willow Creek Winery. If you are taking the hotel shuttle, you will be dropped directly at the ceremony site. If you are driving yourself, please plan to arrive by 5:10 to allow time to take the shuttle from the Winery Tasting Room parking lot to the ceremony site. All guests will again be shuttled to our cocktail hour directly following the ceremony.
Our wedding dress code is garden formal. We suggest that men wear suits and women wear long dresses. Bright colors and florals are encouraged! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside so please dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for walking on grass.
Although we love our young family members and friends, this will be an adults-only celebration.
