We’re getting married!

We met while we were both working at Walgreens. Francisco was the cute new guy who worked in the photo department and I was in the pharamacy. I was unaware Francisco “Chico” had a crush on me until my boss told me one day. I was so surprised! I kept my phone number scribbled on a piece of paper in my scrubs pocket for a week, telling myself each day that “today will be the day.” I was too nervous and made it the whole week without giving it to him. It was my day off and I had a master plan. I told myself if I go to Walgreens and he is working then it is a sign and I am supposed to give him my number. I drove 15 minutes, past two other Walgreens just to buy a soda. He was there. Talking to one of my pharmacy coworkers and I thought here is my opening. I began talking to her and when she returned to the pharmacy I turned to talk to Chico, I had no idea what to say so I just asked “do you ever get a day off?” He didn’t relize I was talking to him and he walked away! I was shocked and out of surprise I said “you are just going to walk away!?” He spun back around just as surprised that I was talking to him. We talked for a little and I gave him my number. That night he picked me up and its been him ever since.
