When should I RSVP by? / Cuando debo confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

ENGLISH: While we would love to have you in our wedding events, we understand that it is not always possible. Please confirm by May 25th whether you will be able to join us or not so we can plan accordingly. Beyond the RSVP deadline, if you have confirmed your attendance and plans change please do let us know as soon as possible. If you have not confirmed by the RSVP deadline, we will kindly confirm you as not assisting so we can confirm the proper amount of attendees to the venue. ESPAÑOL: Nos encantaría que nos pudieras acompañar en nuestra boda y eventos relacionados, pero también entendemos que no siempre es posible. Por favor déjenos saber si va a poder asistir o no en o antes del 25 de mayo para poder planificar de acuerdo a la cantidad correcta de personas. Una vez haya pasado la fecha de confirmación, si usted ya había confirmado su asistencia y ocurre un cambio de planes, por favor déjenos saber lo antes posible para poder hacer los ajustes pertinentes. Del otro lado, una vez pase la fecha de confirmación y usted no ha confirmado, gentilmente le avisamos que marcaremos como que no asistirá para así poder confirmar el número correcto de personas que asistirán al evento a nuestro local.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? / A qué hora debo llegar?

Answer

ENGLISH: Please arrive promptly at 3:30PM, the ceremony will begin as scheduled to follow the itinerary of the day. Once the ceremony has started, access will be blocked temporarily to avoid interruptions. We would love to have you there, please arrive on time. ESPAÑOL: Por favor llegue a tiempo a las 3:30PM, la ceremonia comenzará según agendada para poder seguir el itinerario del día. Una vez la ceremonia comience, el acceso al área será restringido para evitar interrupciones. Nos encantaría tenerte allí, por favor llegue a tiempo.

Is there a dress code? / Hay un código de vestimenta?

Answer

ENGLISH: Yes, the event is formal. LADIES: to wear formal floor-length gowns. GENTS: to wear dark colored suits with ties. **We kindly request for guests to not wear white, off-white, light colors in general and when possible to avoid purple and pink as these are the colors for the bridal party. *Please note ceremony will be outdoor on grass. ESPAÑOL: Sí, el evento es formal. DAMAS: vestido largo formal. CABALLEROS: traje oscuro con corbata. **Amablemente solicitamos que por favor no vistan de blanco, crema o colores claros y si es posible evitar violeta y rosa ya que el séquito vestirá de estos colores. *Por favor note que la ceremonia será en un área con césped.

Can I bring a date? / Puedo traer a un invitado?

Answer

ENGLISH: Please note there is a limited number of attendees we have accounted for the event. Possibility of bringing a date was considered in advance and unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate additional requests. Only those listed on your invite are accounted for. ESPAÑOL: Hemos diseñado el evento con un límite de invitados. No podremos añadir invitados adicionales a menos que la invitación de usted así lo diga. Se tomó en cuenta con anticipación quienes estarían acompañados.

Are kids welcome? / Puedo traer niñ@(s) al evento?

Answer

ENGLISH: We love our families and friends! Only a limited amount of children within our immediate families will be in attendance. These will be specified on your invite. Otherwise, for safety reasons, our ceremony, cocktail and reception is intended to be adults only and no other children can be accommodated. ESPAÑOL: Amamos a nuestras familias y amistades! Solo un número específico de niñ@s dentro de nuestra familia inmediata han sido invitados a nuestra boda. De su niñ@ haber sido incluíd@ en la boda, su invitación así lo indicará. De lo contrario, por motivos de seguridad, nuestra ceremonia, coctel y recepción será adultos solamente y ningún otro niñ@ podrá ser acomodad@.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? / Que recomendaciones de hoteles se encouentran disponibles?

Answer

We do! Please refer to the Travel tab within this website. We have a block of rooms with negotiated discounted rates you should definitely take advantage of. The bride and groom, part of the wedding party and some other family members will be staying at the same hotel! The more the merrier! Consulte la pestaña de viajes dentro de este sitio web. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? / Habrá transportación entre el evento y el hotel?

Answer

ENGLISH: Given the nature of the location, there will not be coordinated transportation to and from hotels. If you will be enjoying a few drinks with us, please plan accordingly so you can arrive safely to/from the event. (i.e. Uber, DD, etc.) ESPAÑOL: Dada la naturaleza de la localización, no tendremos transportación coordinada entre el local y el hotel. Si va a unirse a nosotros en tomar algunas bebidas alcohólicas, por favor planifique de acuerdo a esto para que puede llegar con bien al evento y desde el evento.

Is there parking for the event? / Hay estacionamiento para el evento?

ENGLISH: Yes, our venue is a restaurant with private parking. There will be plenty parking spots. ESPAÑOL: Sí, nuestro local es un restaurante con estacionamiento privado. Va a haber suficiente estacionamiento para todos.

ENGLISH: Your presence is the most important gift. If you would still like to give us an additional gift, we have created a fund linked on our website to help fund our honeymoon and home owners' adventures. We also have a limited registry on Amazon which is also linked on our wedding website. ESPAÑOL: Su presencia es nuestro mejor regalo. Si desea hacernos llegar un regalo adicional, hemos creado un segmento para contribuir a nuestra luna de miel y aventuras como nuevos dueños de hogar.
