When should I fly in and fly out?

Answer

Fly in on Thursday, April 6th and fly out on Monday, April 10th if possible. If not, as long as we get to see you on our big day that is totally fine!

Can I stay later or arrive sooner?

Absolutely, just make sure to confirm rates with Michael in case the 20% discount will only apply for so many days.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

YES! (see Schedule page) That Friday, August 7th we will be taking an adventure on ATVs to waterfalls, river crossing, beautiful sights and more.. That evening we have a rehearsal dinner and bonfire party for everyone to join at as well. Visit Schedule page for more info.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Yes, please inform Michael of any dietary restrictions so that he can make note for the Restaurants/Chefs.

Is Villa Caletas an All-inclusive resort?

No, but they do offer free breakfast daily!
