We met on a dating website. Jessica messaged Shannon, but Shannon thought she was being "catfished" (to lure someone using a fictional online persona). This went on for a month or so. With hesitation, Shannon finally messaged back. They met in downtown Dunedin for drinks and the rest is history!

Shannon proposed to Jessica in 2015 on Jessica's first trip to Disney World. Shannon nervously carried the ring around all morning and finally popped the question in front of Cinderella's castle. A cast member caught the whole thing in photos. Jessica proposed to Shannon in 2017 on a birthday trip to the Omni Resort in Orlando. Jessica commissioned Shannon's mom to meet at the resort and help set the scene for the surprise. It was perfect and so special to each of us to experience a proposal. We can't wait to share our special day with all of you!
