Cabin Accomodations Information

***RSVP DUE BY SEPT 15th*** As we are nearing the weekend of our celebration, we are looking at sleeping arrangements for those spending the weekend with us. At the moment, there is still plenty of room for everyone. With the remaining number of people left to RSVP, it is possible that space may become tighter. To ensure you have a space in the cabin please be sure to RSVP ASAP or prepare to find nearby accommodations for yourself. In lieu of hotel accommodations, we are asking those staying at the cabin with us for at least one or more nights to pay $125 per person for the weekend. We are asking for payment by Oct 1st. We would like as many of our friends and family to join us for the weekend. If this cost is a barrier to your attendance, please let us know and we can probably work something out! Please send money to Forrest via Facebook Pay or Venmo (@Forrest-Burks - Last four=8359). If neither works, please feel free to contact us!

Casual!
*Time is not exact* Food: We are planning to have a taco bar style meal Friday night for those that will be coming up that evening. We do not have a set time we will have the taco bar set up, but it will be for casual on your time dining as people are getting settled in Friday night.

Johara and Forrest Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
For the ceremony on Saturday we request guests to attend in "Dressy Casual" attire. Otherwise, we are hanging out together for a weekend getaway, so please feel free to wear comfy (but appropriate) attire during the rest of your stay.
***RSVP DUE BY SEPT 15th*** If you are looking to bring a plus one, please reach out to Johara and Forrest for approval. This will be a very casual, non-traditional ceremony. It will overlook the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from the covered deck. There will be a mix of seating and standing room available as we gather around to celebrate this moment together! We would like to invite our friends and family to have the opportunity to "say a few words" during our ceremony. If you would like to do this, please let us know in advance!
Wedding Reception + Dinner
5:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Saturday, after our wedding ceremony, we will serve a catered meal. We are currently looking into Thai food and other yummy options, but this has not been finalized. Then we will party into the night! We will have dancing, karaoke, drinks, etc for what will surely be a fun evening!
