(Her version) I still remember the day like it was yesterday 12 years ago! Chris was in the art courtyard working on one of his projects & i was walking by with a friend. I whispered to her "OMG, who is that boy?" with no shame she walked right up to him as I stood back and said, "my friend wants you." He smirked and laughed shyly, you know, the Chris way. Really the rest was history.. We would see each other at parties, or in the parking lot of pasquales (our first kiss) or just skip my class almost every other day to sit in his & stare. (His version) It all started in the art courtyard of Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school. As i was my usual self, casually walking to class embracing the five minutes we had searching for friends, there was a glow from a girl that i"ll never forget walking across the courtyard in a red shirt and long brown hair that held my eyes captive her aura and beauty shined from across the way. At that moment, I knew that she could be one of the great ones, like Sonny says in the Bronx Tale. I wasn't going to let my chance slip. And the rest is history!
