Directions to the Venue

**PLEASE NOTE THE WEDDING IS AT THE VINEYARD ESTATE AT NEW KENT WINERY (6800 NEW KENT HWY), A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE PUBLIC NEW KENT WINERY STOREFRONT** From Downtown Richmond or Richmond International Airport: -Start on I-64 E -Take exit 205 for VA-33 W toward VA-249 E/US-60/Bottoms Bridge/Quinton -Keep left at the fork, following signs for VA-249 E/New Kent, and turn left onto VA-33 E/New Kent Hwy -Continue straight for 4.5 miles -At the roundabout, take the second exit to continue straight for 1.4 more miles -The Vineyard Estate will be on the left with a white fence and a sign posted in the grass for the Crews-Ford wedding, just after George Watkins Elementary School -Parking is at the rear of the property if you follow the gravel road past the barns and signs for Wedding Parking

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Linden Row Inn to the Venue

June 3, 2023 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Two shuttles will arrive to take guests from the Linden Row Inn to the Venue at 4pm (departing at 4:05) and will depart the venue at 10pm to return to the Linden Row Inn. Please note these shuttles are only taking one trip, so if you miss them at 4:05 you will need to find another form of transportation to the venue.

Hotel

Linden Row Inn

A limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked off both Friday and Saturday night at the Linden Row Inn. There are single queen, double queen and king rooms available. Rates range from $169 to $199 per night plus tax. In order to receive the discounted rate, please book your room by May 2, 2023. You can call the hotel or utilize the discount code to book online. The link above will take you directly to the discounted rate. NOTE: If there are no more double rooms available, there are also a limited number of king rooms that have a pullout couch in the room. Please put that preference in the comments when booking a king room if desired or call the hotel directly to discuss. The hotel also has rollaway beds available if needed.
