WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Answer

The closest major airport is Boston Logan (2:30 drive). There are two regional airports in the area as well: Manchester-Boston Regional (1:45 drive) Portland International Jetport (2:00 drive)

When should I book lodging?

Answer

If you plan to attend, we recommend booking your lodging ASAP. September in the White Mountains, and particularly the Omni Mount Washington Resort, lodging will be booked to 100%. You'll want to ensure you are staying at the resort or nearby, as the other nearest hotels are a minimum 30-45 minute drive through the mountains.

Question

I called in to reserve a room on the block, and was told it is full. What should I do?

Answer

We blocked off a number of rooms in the main hotel, and have the option to add rooms at our discounted rate, if still available. We will be staying on top of this, but please let us know if you run in to an issue. The block rate should be substantially lower than standard rates.

What weekend transportation will be provided?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the gondola station for Saturday's events. To the ceremony: Shuttle service will begin at 2:45pm. Please make sure to arrive at the gondola by 3:10pm to join the ceremony at 3:30pm. From the reception: Shuttle service from the Bretton Woods gondola to the main hotel and nearby condos will resume from 9:30-10:30pm. From the after party: Shuttles will be running from the main hotel to the Lodge and nearby condos from 10:30-1am. PLEASE DO NOT PLAN ON RELYING ON UBERS OR CABS.
